Bantam B Crowned 2015 Colorado Cup Champs!
The Jr. Tigers Bantam B team went 5-0 and outscored their opponents 33 to 8 on an impressive run to the 2015 Colorado Cup Championship.
In round robin play the Tigers defeated NCYH 7-0, DU Crimson 10-4, Glenwood 8-1, and Littleton Black 4-0. As the #1 seed after the round robin the Tigers faced DU Crimson in the championship game. Down by a goal in the third period, Scott Sullivan scored to tie the match and send the game into overtime. Connor McIlhany scored the game winner in overtime off a pass from Troy Magneys, winning the game 4-3.
Connor McIlhany, Troy Megneys and Ian Wark led all tournament skaters with 11 point each on the weekend. Goalies Chloe Beaubien and Eric Buchholz carried impressive 1.10 and 1.70 GAAs through the weekend.
