Tigers Name Mike Greene as 16U Tier I Head Coach

Colorado Springs, CO – Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey proudly announces the hiring of Mike Greene as its’ 16U Tier I Head Coach.  Originally from Colorado Springs, Greene has a long and successful history of coaching teams from the Mite to Junior levels.  Most recently Greene served as the Tigers 15U team, which earned a berth in the 2017 NAPHL championship game.

“Mike has helped create a culture of development and growth in our program in the ten years I have worked with him.  He is not only a world class development coach, but he serves as a great mentor to all of our Tiger players”, said CSAHA Executive Director Brian Copeland.  “We look forward to Mike working with our top level 16U team, helping develop them for the junior and collegiate ranks.”

“I am excited to continue my coaching career with the Tigers and I am proud to help an organization who always puts the athletes first”, said Mike Greene.  “We want our athletes to continue the long and proud history of Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey.  We are going to do it right, on and off the ice.”

The Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey Tier I teams compete in the North American Prospects Hockey League which is operated by the North American Hockey League.
